This 4 day Kenya safari to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru includes visits to the following Kenya wildlife parks: Masai Mara National Reserve is well-known for its lion, leopard, and cheetah populations, as well as the seasonal migration of zebra and wildebeest from Tanzania’s Serengeti. Lake Nakuru National Park, located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley, has an elevation of 1754 meters above sea level and is known for the presence of the big five, with the exception of elephants and a bird sanctuary (flamingos). This is the only park where you are guaranteed to see rhinos in black and white.

Itinerary
At 8:00am Nairobi, Masai mara transfer travel south ward to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley to view the escarpment and take photos then proceed to the floor of the rift valley, passing through Narok. A small Masai town known for the most beautiful curios ever, arriving at noon check in at Miti mingi eco camp or similar facility, have lunch and then leave immediately for afternoon game viewing until sunset. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
After breakfast proceed on a full day game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best game park in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. July, August and September are some of the best month to visit the park as it is full of migrating wildebeest, zebras and predators. At noon break for picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. After lunch proceed with game viewing till sunset. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
After breakfast go for Masai village tour Note Masai village tour is an optional activity so the entrance fee isn’t included in our charges. After that return to the camp check out and start your journey to Lake Nakuru, passing through Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and other optional activities. After Lake Naivasha proceed with journey to Nakuru arriving late in the evening check in at city max hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast at the hotel drive to Lake Nakuru which is famous for the endangered species {Rhinos] and the flamingos. Sometime the flamingos are few but you are guaranteed of seeing the Rhinos among other Big Five. Lake Nakuru not a big park and within 4 hours you shall have seen enough. Later leave the park with lunch en-route and start your journey back to Nairobi arriving in the evening.
